Based on a case study, we gained even more information and the connections between road safety and economical vehicle operation.
We conducted a long-term test and controlled the results after 1 year, so we could get a comprehensive picture of the relationship between foresight as a driver's behavior, responsibility and driving technique.
But most importantly, we learned that long-term results are achieved through repetition, which is well-known from learning techniques, leading to fixation and the formation of automatic forms of behavior. It is a false assumption that a single law change or fine increase can result in lasting change
In this experiment, the driver was informed that his vehicle management was being followed online and monitored daily. The change in brake life is radical, but the same development was shown in foresight, since the main function of brake use is whether we can see ahead in a given situation, i.e. plan the intervention and not react to something.
